Biography
A native of St. Louis, Missouri, Daniel arrives to us via New Jersey and New York, where he attended Fordham University School of Law. An evening student, Daniel is no stranger to a diverse set of legal matters. While enrolled in law school, Daniel worked as a paralegal and law clerk. The variety of matters he worked on ranged from corporate law matters to immigration to insurance defense litigation. In law school, Daniel focused on Business and Financial Law as well as Intellectual Property and Information Law. He followed his wife and daughter to Williamson County, Texas, during the pandemic. At that time, he worked remotely as an in-house paralegal coordinator for a telemedicine startup and a VP of Operations for an aspiring funding portal. Once he obtained his license to practice law in Texas, he turned his eye to local practice, initially volunteering his services to veterans and operating a solo practice, and then joining our firm.
Prior to law school, Daniel was an ACT and SAT tutor on Long Island, an English teacher in South Korea, and a project manager for a digital publishing company. He has decades of experience working with clients in diverse contexts. Daniel strives to leverage his skills and knowledge to help individuals resolve complicated transactional matters, often involving property or family estates, as well as support the growth and success of small and midsize businesses. He forms and modifies entities, drafts and reviews contracts, assists in business negotiations and sales/purchases of real estate, coordinates transactions between businesses and financial institutions, and works on certain transactional matters involving the government. He is also a member of the Texas Bar College, an achievement recognizing his exceptional commitment to continuing legal education.
