Attorney Randy Harrell is one of the principal shareholders at Harrell, Stoebner & Russell, P.C. In addition to 30 years of legal experience, Mr. Harrell has a background as a CPA, which provides him with additional insight in tax matters related to estate planning, real estate and other legal areas.
